Paperwrapping.
We have heavily invested in a Sitma paperwrapping line to give the choices on the enviromental impact of your campaign.
Using an already fully loaded Sitma 1150 polywrapping line, we have utilised the already impressive line to convert to paperwrapping. Utilising everything we possibly could to reduce the carbon impact of manufacture.
The line boasts a full sized reel unwinder so that reel sizes of up to 1250mm and 600kgs can be used, which minimises downtime and streamlines production.
A state of the art Nordson glue system was selected for the line, alongside the reel unwinder a tight web system (for mm accurate pack sizes) and the Sitma paperkit cut off knives.
The 25 metre long Sitma system boasts in having 6 hoppers which can run anything from A6 upwards, with some hoppers capable of running twin onserts, and the option of a pivot feeder if a leading edge is the wrong way.
The line is also equipped with an AMS XJet twin head inkjet system, meaning we can print in great quality in 2 x 50mm print bands along the pack.
The line is finished off with an autoloader and an automatic stacker system which can automate the mailsortation and get those time sensitive jobs out just that bit quicker.
Our paper stocks are from either recycled or sustainable sources and 90gsm as standard. We house plain stocks, and pre-printed paper is available to order with anything from single colour to seriously impressive full colour print. The pricing for full colour print is available on small run as well as large run projects and the pricing compared to printed polythene are very competitive.
